We specialise in difficult properties, those with unsettled legal status, unnecessary buildings or requiring specific works to make them more valuable. We cooperate with agents, engineers, designers, architects, construction managers and supervisors. We carry out investments in commercial and residential construction and offer consultancy in this field.
